Copies of newspaper articles on temperance, typhoid outbreaks, businesses, and other aspects of life in Montrose, Wright County, Minn. (1886-1887) probably kept by Gunn, a Methodist minister; outlines of discussion topics and debates at the Montrose Lyceum (1883-1886), especially on Mormonism; and a brief diary apparently by Gunn's son, David M., of a survey for the Northern Pacific Railway line in Minnesota (1870).
