Papers consisting of a letter and an address. The address was given before the General Assembly of the State of Ga. The address talks about the need for restoration, peace, prosperity, and constitutional liberty in the U.S. He asks the delegates present to work toward amelioration. In addition, he asks the delegates to be loyal to and support the Constitution of the U.S. and to recognize and accept the new relationship between the African and European races.
