Acts, 1818.

The acts of the Territory of Alabama had to be signed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, President of the Legislative Council, and by the Governor of Alabama Territory before the acts became law. Each act contains an act title, number, description, and date of approval by the governor of the Alabama Territory. The acts were introduced before the first and second sessions of the first General Assembly of the Alabama Territory. The acts concern the establishment of counties, the collection of taxes, the establishment of banks, etc.
