South African documents and press clippings collection, 1939-1980 (inclusive), [microform].

The collection consists of documents and press clippings concerning various topics related to South African politics and government. Correspondence between the South African Institute of Race Relations (SAIRR) and the National Union of South African Students (NUSAS) is included. Also in the collection are press clippings on the Fattis and Monis strike and four political trials (the Abram Fischer trial, the Rivonia trial, the Trial of 22, and the Breyton Breytenbach trial); selected documents from Alexandra township; and correspondence and minutes of the African National Congress (ANC).
