Autobiography, ca. 1900.

Handwritten autobiography, photocopy of the manuscript, and a typescript of the item. McArthur was born in New York State; joined the Mormon Church in 1832; lived in Kirtland, Ohio, in Missouri, and in Nauvoo, Illinois. McArthur stayed at Winter Quarters, Nebraska, migrated to Utah in 1848, experiened troubles with Ute Indians, and served on a mission to England for the Mormon Church from 1852 to 1856. Also included are blessings of family members and genalogical materials.
