Interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen for the World War II Homefront Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 20 Nov. 1992. Hinckley talks about life during the 1930s depression. He also relates memories of World War II and the long-term impact of the war. He also tells about his life as a farmer.
