Transfer invoices (Form C-79), 1968-[ongoing].

This series consists of forms that are utilized by the department to document the in-house (internal) movement of items within the corrections system. The four part form lists invoice number, prison, date, where items were transferred to and where they originated, mode of transfer, individual who received items, individual who delivered items, debit and credit distributions, total of items transferred, amount of items transferred, and total costs. This information may be entered into the accounting system at the prison or it may be sent to Montgomery for data entry.
