On card marked "The two new Books which have pleased and interested me the most in 1902 are:"--Recommends Lady Gregory's Cuchulain of Muirthemne for its "noble and simple English." [2] 1923, September 29, Dublin, to Emery Walker, London [postcard].--Says that Mr. Sherman may have a copy of a postscript and that Lily's health is much better. [3] 1918, July 10, Gort, Ireland, to Lolly [Elizabeth C. Yeats] [1l.].--Encloses his photograph for someone who asked her or Lily for one [no enclosure]. [4] n.d. [1 l.]. Fragment.--"We start for USA on Tuesday." [5] 1887, September 10, Sligo, Ireland, to Henry H. Sparling [4 p.].--Supplies Ellen O'Leary's birth date and discusses his literary activities and research, referring to Mrs. Tynan. Describes a recent mob scene.

Lily Yeats was the sister of W.B. Yeats and of Jack Yeats, and the daughter of John Butler Yeats. She was an embroiderer and worked with William Morris.
