The Dept. of Agriculture and Industries, General Services Section provides services and support for the other divisions and sections in Agriculture and Industries. These services include the maintenance and disposal of all automotive vehicles owned by the department. These reports are filled out and submitted to General Services by the individuals assigned to each vehicle. They show the dates and destinations of trips and miles traveled. They also show the amounts spent on gas, oil, and repairs each month. When they are submitted, they are accompanied by the customer copy of all credit card tickets. General Services uses these reports to compile the Monthly Automotive Maintenance Reports (S-4-27).
