Property inventory general schedules: semi-annual inventory lists.

A list of each state and department's inventory that is compiled twice a year by the property inventory officer of each agency. The inventory list includes property number, item description, date of purchase, cost and location. The format varies from single letter size sheets to computer printouts. Copies are maintained by the Departments and the Auditor.
