Typescript of an interview conducted by Joseph M. Pledger in Ogden, Utah on 12 July 1980 as part of the Oral History Project for the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies. Arthur talks about the voyage from England to the United States, getting acquainted with Mormons and their doctrines, his conversion to that Church, social life and customs in Utah, family life, and other experiences in North Ogden.
