Transcripts of hearings relating to the effectiveness of workmen's compensation laws and the handling of workmen's compensation cases by various insurance companies. The commission included members appointed from the house and senate, and hearings were attended by representatives of the State Federation of Labor, the Insurance Federation, the Minnesota Employers' Association, and the Mutual Insurance Companies. Includes records of the commission's studies of the Workmen's Compensation Bureau of Pennsylvania and the Accident Board of Massachusetts.
