Staff policies and procedures handbook (1968-1987), student handbook (1968-1986), and skill development guidebook (1985). The latter was developed by David R. Grout, under a U.S. Department of Education cooperative education grant. It was designed to enable the reader to locate opportunities at Normandale where they could develop skills in human relations, oral communications, written communications, and problem solving.
