Henry Lasker was born in Lithuania on 15 Jul 1878. He emigrated to the US in 1886. He became the first Jewish lawyer in Springfield, Massachusetts, and was seriously involved in city politics and Jewish affairs. Lasker died 10 Dec 1953.
