Draft of a letter to the Earl of Liverpool (2 p.) relating to certain books and manuscripts of the Dutch East India Company which were found at Walaheren; two letters to the Chairman of the East India Company, transmitting letters from Mr. Huskisson, Colonial Agent for Ceylon; copy of a letter from Mr. Huskisson to the Earl of Liverpool (8 p.) containing a proposition for opening direct commercial intercourse between Great Britain and Ceylon with a limited number of ships licensed by the East India Company; and draft of a letter to the EIC discussing "limitation of one ship annually of the burthen of 400 tons for the exportable produce of Ceylon.
