A letter by John T. Drummond, Cresco, Iowa, writing for his uncle, a Mr. Drummond, to Jay W. Ludden, St. Paul (Minnesota), describing the Carimona House, a hotel in Fillmore County, Minnesota. The uncle, Mr. Drummond, apparently lived with a Mr. Strong at Carimona House before and after Drummond's service in the Civil War.
