William De la Barre papers, 1861-1924.

Correspondence, clippings, diaries, articles, and other papers relating to De la Barre, an engineer who emigrated from Austria in 1867, worked in Philadelphia for ten years, and from 1878 to 1923 was employed by Minneapolis water-power owners and grain millers, particularly by Cadwallader C. and William D. Washburn.
