Account book, 1814-1818.

Consists of lists of items bought and their prices along with the names of the suppliers. The manuscript also includes annual inventories for the years 1814 and 1816. Merchandise is broken down into five categories: hardware, Oneida bottles, crockery, groceries, and dry goods. Sewell Raymond purchased a great deal of his merchandise, particularly glass and tinware, from William Wright of Rome, NY. He also dealt with David Barnum, a supplier, on a regular basis.
