Consists of multi-part printed forms containing petitions for appointment of guardians, guardians' bonds, and "letters of guardianship" givingofficial confirmation of appointment. The court appointed guardians when mionors without legal guardians had interest in estates involved in probate proceedings. The information given in each form includes the name of the appointed guardian, amount of bond posted by the guardian, names and ages of minors for whom the guardian was appointed, and name of the deceased whose estate was involved.
