Contemporary copies, certified by Agustín del Castillo of records of the Royal Treasury at Guadalajara. Mainly documenting expenditures of the commissary at San Blas for supplied and artisans for Alta California and Nootka and for provisions for the Malespina expedition. Some relate to the presidio San Francisco Javier de Valero (or de la Mesa del Tonati) and to funds for Franciscan missions and missionaries in the province of Nayarit. Included are orders by Jacobo Ugarte y Loyola and others.
