This collection consists of seven photographs of Georgia-Pacific Railroad Co. property in Ala., ca.1890. Shown are the Davistown, Ala. trestle, a depot, an overpass, the entrance to the Davistown, Ala. tunnel, the crossing of two tracks at Anniston, Ala., and the Edwardsville, Ala. depot. The photographs document the condition and holdings of one of the state's early prominent railroads. The photographer is unknown but the photographs were taken at the same time as those in the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company Photograph Collection.
