This series consists of blueprint copies of structure plans, grade measurements, rail segment plans, and other similar material which was filed with the Commission by various railroads having track in Ala. The plans and drawings range from grades and elevations to bridges. The plans are on folded blueprint paper which range in size. Also included in this series are land reports on the types and values of land owned by railroads filed by the Interstate Commerce Commission with the State of Ala. These materials include records gathered by the Railroad Commissioners (1881-1907), the Railroad Commission (1907-1915), and the Ala. Public Service Commission (1915 to present).
