Scrapbook, 1943-1947.

This scrapbook, principally devoted to the 1943 football season, is a reproduction of items compiled by Barr's mother, Edna Hurlock Barr and his cousin, Rachel Barr. While dedicated to the memories of Coach George Munger, the book also honors the team's most famous player, Bob Odell. Each game played during the 1943 season is well documented with program covers and game tickets followed by clippings, letters, plays, and other ephemeral pieces pertinent to that game. Additional information on the effects of the war on college students and society in general may also be seen.
