Korean War letters, 1950-1953, 1992.

Photocopied transcriptions of nine letters concerning the Korean war written by Minnesota soldiers stationed in Korea and by others. Topics include the living conditions and morale of the troops, the battle at Heartbreak Ridge (Sept. 1951), prisoners of war, and a letter of greeting to a soldier's family from Archbishop Francis Cardinal Spellman after visiting the troops (March 9, 1953).
