William Ballard Preston architectural plan, circa 19th century.

An architectural plan (1/10 inch to one foot scale) of a "manager's house" for a plantation showing the front and side view of a two-story house with a view of each floor plan and fireplace, including the dimensions of each. On the verso are listed the construction materials required, headed by the name "W. Preston" and followed by the name of the builder, Amos A. Cox.
