Typescript letters to Kate Steinitz. Letter dated 1954 Feb. 15 from Amsterdam mentions his winning a prize at the 2nd São Paulo biennale, remarks on the appearance of two essays on Kurt Schwitters in "Das Kunstwerk" and asks if a special collection of Leonardo da Vinci has been established. Letter dated 1960 Feb. 1 from Ulm mentions the publication of his book "Vordemberge-Gildewart : eine Bild-Biographie" and a visit from Buckminster Fuller to the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Ulm in June 1959.
