In this autograph letter Morris mentions an unidentified manuscript in an "old Venetian binding" he wishes the addressee to repair. He also discusses the binding and trimming of the sheets of his The story of the glittering plain, which he printed at the Kemscott Press, as well as the green silk headbands for the vellum copies.
