A contemporary translation into English from Spanish originals, perhaps in connection with attempts by Avila's agent in England, Diego de Castro Cortazar, to further the suit. Includes affidavits from eleven English merchants in Seville. Contemporary foliation 207-230, and the whole given a contemporary item number 25, perhaps from a larger bound volume or collection.
