Malcolm Ames MacIntyre (1908-1992) was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended Yale University and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University in England. After receiving his law degree he became a practicing attorney in New York City where he specialized in corporate law and performed legal services for American Airlines.
