Refund of county receipts registers, 1979-1984.

The Office of State Comptroller keeps records of receipts and disbursements of the state treasury (Alabama Government Manual, Sixth Edition). These printouts show money refunded by the state treasurer to various county governments in the event of errors which resulted in the counties making an overpayment to the state treasury. The printouts show the county code number, agency code numbers, dates the payments were received, revenue code numbers, warrant numbers, and amounts of the refunds. These records are no longer created. Since 1985, the information contained in them is included in the disbursement vouchers (Schedule-9-15).
