This series consists of a record of the financial state of the Branch Bank as determined by the cashier's statements. The information is recorded in the form of a balance sheet. Included are the date, various accounts that were debited, various accounts that were credited, and the total debits and credits. The accounts included the State Bank and its Branches, out-of-state banks, real estate, profit and loss, interest, discount, capitol stock, State bonds, and several other accounts. Also included is a record of the counter notes and post notes issued.
