Daily entries itemizing all receipts and expenditures for the state treasury and various dedicated funds. Each entry gives the date; payer, auditor's draft number, and often reason for payment (e.g., hunter's licenses, timber permit, fines) for receipts; payee and folio [ledger?] citation for expenditures; and distribution of the monies received or paid, via printed credit and debit columns under each of several general or dedicated funds.
