John Reynell, the son of Samuel and Sarah Reynell, was born in Bristol, England in 1708. He was a Philadelphia, Pa. shipping merchant and the President of the Board of Managers of the Pennsylvania Hospital from 1757-1780. From the description of Journals, 1764-1778.
