A hand-drawn plat of the village of St. Lawrence on the Minnesota River in Scott County. A pencilled note on the plat gives its scale as 1":200'. On the verso is a certification of the town survey and of filing with the county Register of Deeds, including a lengthy description of the town's location, acreage, boundaries, lot sizes, street orientation, and other features. The certification is signed by surveyors Stodder and Pierson, along with S. B. Strait and Joseph W. DeCamp, as the town's proprietors.
