V. 1, Account book, 14 April 1724-10 October 1730; continued as Stephen's Paschall's memorandum book, 1744, recording the births of his children. The volume is then further continued as extracts from the minute and account book of the Amicable Fire Company of Philadelphia, 1 January-11 September 1770. Reverse of volume contains the letters of Charles Brockden (Recorder of deeds for the city of Philadelphia), 14 September 1684-1694 and indentures mentioning Chares Osborne, Joseph Watson, John Claypole and Henry Waterman. Also includes a copy of "a law enacted in the Jersy State passed at Trenton December 23, 1783," and another act relating to the improvement of Petty's Island in the Delaware River, Gloucester County. V. 2, 1694-1866, contains the orignal deed and title papers to the property known as "Greenhill." The Greenhill Estate included land in lover Merion Township, Montgomery County and Blockley Township in Philadelphia.
