Each signed petition contains generally the same personal data as on the earlier declaration, along with occupation and reference to the court where and the date when the declaration was filed. Also included are depositions from two citizens testifying to the applicant's residence, moral character and behavior, and adherence to the principles of the Constitution of the United States. Completing the petition are the applicant's oath of allegiance to the United States and the dated court order admitting him as a citizen.
