Maxwell A. Goodwin papers, 1926-1929, 2004.

The collection consists of a five-page reminiscence titled "Some College Memories," and ten photographs. Although it does not go into detail the reminiscence describes Goodwin's college days and life after graduation. He includes references to his captainship of the fencing team, membership in the Eunomian Society, the ROTC cavalry, and social life. He also describes his work experience after the 1929 stock market crash, and service in World War II. The photographs include formal and informal images of members of the Eunomian Society, as well as pictures of Goodwin and his friends.

Maxwell A. Goodwin attended MSU from 1925 to 1929 and recieved a degree in business administration. After graduation he was a bookkeeper for a machinery company. He then went to work for Kellogg in Battle Creek in the export department. In 1937, he went to work for Clark Fork Lift Trucks. He enlisted in the Army during WWII and after two years became a Major.
