ABC Board policy permits distilleries to present new or additional products to be considered for ABC Board listing twice a year. The Purchasing Section is responsible for advising the Board members on adding new brands of merchandise. This series consists of price quotations (Form M-10) issued by the ABC Board for the use of vendors to propose new brands for consideration. Each quotation contains information on brand name, classification, type or kind, proof, age, point of production, bottle size, shipping point, case price, average weight, and terms of payment. The same form can also be used by vendors to request price changes for their products.
