This series consists of a cover letter to Agnes Baggett, Secretary of State, stating that pursuant to the requirements of Section 36 of Act 214, the Board of Funeral Services was transmitting the annual report for fiscal year 1975-1976. The 1976 unpublished report includes a brief history of the board, a list of members and organization of the agency, a description of the administration of the agency, summary of the licenses issued, financial statement, etc. The 1982 unpublished report also includes a summary of receipts and expenditures. The dates for this series are not inclusive: the years covered are 1975-1976 and 1982.
