This series contains correspondence, reports, and publications regarding bond and land sales for the support of state educational institutions. The series includes correspondence from officers of public colleges such as Ala. A&M and Tuskegee Normal School regarding accounts of the school, sale of bonds, and sale of land. The series also contains accountant's reports on finances of colleges and public schools. The series is highly unorganized and is difficult to use and understand. Among the papers regarding Tuskegee Institute are documents bearing the signature of Booker T. Washington.
