41st reunion records, 1930-1932.

Papers, 1919-1932, created in the process of planning and holding the reunion. Included in the records are copies of the events schedule, the 1931 souvenir program, committee lists, and the final report of the general chairman. The papers also contain correspondence, most of which is concerned with hotel reservations and private home living arrangements for reunion participants. Of special note are the registration cards kept on all those attending the reunion, including those for former slaves. These cards were used to compile the final list of all participants, which is included with the chairman's final report. A souvenir book from the 1919 reunion held in Atlanta, Ga., can also be found in the papers.
