ALS : Paris, to Félix Faulcon, 1795 May 12.

A letter from Du Pont de Nemours to Félix Faulcon, a former member of the Constituent Assembly, in which he describes his arrest, his imprisonment in La Force Prison in Paris from July 22 to August 25, 1794, and his liberation. He refers to his "la Philosophie de l'univers" which was published the following year, and to his recruitment to reform the state finances.
