Monthly paid claims reports, 1975-[ongoing].

This record enables the insurance fund to keep track of claims, both paid and unpaid. This is an internal record which is not sent out to any other division or department. It shows the date of a loss, the insured, claim number, description of property, voucher number, and amount of claim for paid claims. For unpaid claims, its gives date, name, claim number, and description. For the amount of money involved, it shows the sum being held in reserve for the claims pending payment. Each monthly report is cumulative for the fiscal year-to-date.
