Letter, 1778 April 28.

Letter to his brother Henry Livingston discussing the health of his wife Susanna and the political turmoil during the American Revolution. Livingston states that "France will immediately commence hostilities", he also discusses New York State politics and some of the plans of New York Governor William Tryon. Written at Albany, N.Y.
