These records consist of documentation collected by the Governor's Tax Reform Task Force to prepare the legislative package that was presented in 1991-1992. The records include reports and information on education and the food tax, opinion polls, public hearing speeches, biographies of task force members, the voting histories of members of the state legislature, drafts of house bills, the original tax package, and final versions of the bills. Audio cassette tapes of the public hearings are also included.
