A companion to the plays of Shakespeare : manuscript, [1819-1870?] / J. N. C.

A set of indexes to individual plays, illustrated with engravings, and including a printed commentary on each play. Arranged in scrapbook fashion with engraved portraits of Shakespeare, Ben Jonson, David Garrick, Samuel Johnson, and Mr. Warburton. The concordance itself appears to have never been finished. Includes a ms. poem by H. Neele, Jan. 12, 1819.
