ALS : Guildford, to Julia Arnold, 1880 June 7.

An amusing letter to a young friend who was one of his favorite photographic models, recalling a previous visit and making arrangements for the next photo session. Julia, whom he addressed as "Judy," later married Leonard Huxley.

Lewis Carroll, born Charles Lutwidge Dodson was born in England at Daresbury, Cheshire, to Charles Dodgson, an Anglican clergyman, and his wife Frances Jane Lutwidge on January 27, 1832.
