The correspondence, from clerks Samuel R. Moore and Judith S. Mausner, describes the activities of the Section, the transition from one clerk to the next, and the reasons for the discontinuance of the Section in 1971. Included are annual reports of the Section for 1967 and 1969 and Judith S. Mausner's report, 23 February 1970, on the Section's proposed discontinuance.
