One page, torn in half, copied from Kuntres K.K. Pillau, written in 1878 by Pinchas Zelig, shamash, containing special memorial prayers for prominent members of the community. The other pages are lists of names and historical records of various cities, many from Fordon, and some from Chodziesen. On p. viii from Fordon, there is a copy of a letter by Rabbi Yonasan Eibeshutz concerning some amulets he wrote, saying that their genuineness was testified to by two experts. Presumably the copies in this MS were made by Louis Lewin. There seems to be a fragment of an original document from Fordon, 1772, in an envelope. Some of these records were written on the other side of form letters of various organizations, including Misgav Ladach Hospital in Jerusalem (Fordon, vi).
