This series contains scripts for spot announcements and programs broadcast on radio stations KTRH, KPRC, and KTHT from 1938 to 1947. The spot announcements provided information about the Museum and its collection, new acquisitions, exhibitions, demonstrations, films, gallery talks, concerts, and the Museum's hours. There are no spot announcements for 1943. The following radio programs were broadcast by the Museum during Chillman's tenure: "Look and Listen" (March 1939-December 1944); "Art and Music" (January-May 1944; November-December 1944); "Art is Fun" (April 1943-February 1950); and "Art Techniques" (December 1943-March 1944).
